A little about me, your instructor, Niraj. I am here to guide you, motivate you, and most importantly, have fun with you on the dance floor.
People always ask where I am from, and I am a proud Bihari. This video is a little glimpse into my roots, from the food to the festivals, which is where my raw energy comes from.

About Meet Niraj: Your Instructor
I teach at G Funk Studio in DLF Phase 4, where the environment is built for movement. Whether you are looking for a high-intensity Bollywood cardio session or want to commit to a monthly plan, my classes are judgment-free zones where you can just let go and dance.
People often ask me why I emphasize the party aspect of my sessions. It is simple. When you are having fun, you forget you are exercising. My background in Zumba and strong roots in Bollywood choreography allow me to blend high-intensity cardio with tracks that you actually want to move to. We have sessions ranging from chartbusters to 90s nostalgia hits.
You do not need prior experience. Most of my students walked in here without ever taking a dance class. We focus on rhythm, movement, and releasing stress. You will find me at G Funk Studio, where the flooring is shock-absorbent and the music is always loud enough to drown out any bad day.
If you are looking for structure, my monthly subscriptions include 12 classes that give you enough repetition to actually learn the steps. For those who want to show up every day, the unlimited weekday pass is the most cost-effective way to get your daily cardio in.
