My son and I often talk about this journey. He reminds me that seven years ago, we were trendsetters. For me, it's about serving good food with the right intention. I believe we are the chosen ones to do this work, spreading compassion as the world goes through a spiritual shift.

A client's request for a completely sugar-free and gluten-free brownie was a beautiful challenge. It represents my core belief: food can and should be made to fit your needs. I am here to listen and create something that is perfect for you.

I truly believe that we are what we eat, or as we say, "Jaisa khao ann, vaisa pao mann." My mission is to create food that is balanced, interesting, and makes you feel good, inside and out. I care for your health, and that is the foundation of every dish at Justbe.

My son's journey with Justbe is a beautiful story. He came back to India and joined me, and what we have built together is a service, a cocoon of compassion. This work is fulfilling because we are contributing to something much bigger than ourselves.

Justbe is my home, not just because of the work, but because of the people here who have become my family. I only go to my other house to sleep. This beautiful journey is possible because my family walks this path with me, understanding our shared mission.

I was filled with immense pride when my son, Devansh, was honored with the 30 under 30 award. This award doesn't just belong to him; it belongs to our entire vegan community for being so conscious and compassionate. Together, we run India's first whole-food plant-based kitchen.
