About Pole & Specialty Dance
Why I Teach Pole & Specialty Dance
I honestly think anyone can dance, no matter where you’re starting from. For me, pole and specialty dance isn’t just about cool tricks - it’s about moving, laughing, and feeling good in your own skin. You’ll sweat, you’ll smile, and you might surprise yourself with what your body can do.
What’s On Offer
- Pole Fitness: My main thing! You’ll learn how to spin, climb, and build real strength. I call it “polesport” because it’s a full-body workout disguised as fun.
- Chair Dance: Grab a chair, it’s your new dance partner. We play with floor moves, rhythm, and lots of expression.
- Lap Dance: If you want to explore sensual movement, I guide you through these routines in a chill, safe space.
- Classes run as beginner-friendly batches or one-off workshops, so you can test the waters or jump right in.
Who’s This For?
Total beginners, especially. Most folks who walk in have never danced before. No need to be super strong or flexible - we build up together, step by step. Nervous? Chill, da (friend)! You’re not alone.
More Than Moves
You’ll find a supportive dance community here, not just a studio. People cheer each other on, share laughs, and push past comfort zones. If you’re looking for a beginner pole fitness class or just want to try something new, I’ve got your back.
