Welcome to our studio. Whether you are looking to build strength with pole fitness or find your rhythm with chair dance, these clips are just a glimpse of the energy we bring to the floor every day.

This is what pole fitness is all about. In this video, a student practices a controlled spin, learning how to use her momentum and build core strength. My classes are designed to help you master foundational moves like this, turning a full-body workout into an exciting form of dance.

Here’s a glimpse into one of my chair dance workshops. You can see the group moving together, using chairs to create unique shapes and expressive movements. This style is perfect for exploring rhythm and flow in a fun, supportive group setting.

About Featured

You don’t need to be strong or flexible to start here. In our group sessions, we use a shared pole rotation where 2-3 students typically share one pole, which actually makes learning easier because you get built-in breaks to watch and learn from others while catching your breath.
