About Featured
You don’t need to be strong or flexible to start here. In our group sessions, we use a shared pole rotation where 2-3 students typically share one pole, which actually makes learning easier because you get built-in breaks to watch and learn from others while catching your breath.
Our studio is built on the idea that dance is for everyone, regardless of experience level. We focus on 'polesport'—a full-body workout disguised as fun. Whether you are aiming to build core strength with our 2-month beginner pole course or just want to try a single chair dance session, the focus remains on personal expression and comfort.
We are located in Munivenkatppa Layout, BTM Layout, and we have designed our space to be a judgment-free zone. For our pole batches, we provide stainless steel poles with both static and spinning modes, plus crash mats for safety. If you are just starting, the one-day introductory workshop is the perfect way to test the waters without a long-term commitment. For those wanting a deeper dive, our weekend subscriptions for chair and heels dance are all about movement therapy and building confidence.
Our classes are not about rigid perfection. They are about sweating, smiling, and feeling good in your own skin. Most students who walk in have never tried a step before, and that is perfectly fine. We keep groups small, supportive, and social, making it easy to meet people in the Bangalore dance community. If you are nervous about showing up alone, do not be—most of our students do, and you will fit right into our dance family.
