Pole Fitness & Sport
This is my main offering, where fitness meets art. I teach polesport as a full-body workout that builds serious strength, flexibility, and confidence, no matter your starting point. We cover everything from basic spins and climbs to more intricate poses, always focusing on safe, step-by-step progression.
Chair & Expressive Dance
In these classes, we use a simple chair as a dance partner to explore rhythm and sensual movement. I guide you through routines that combine floorwork and chair-based moves, helping you connect with the music and express yourself. It’s a fantastic way to build confidence in a playful, judgment-free environment.
