About Residential Academy & Facilities
We operate a strict 1:4 washroom-to-athlete ratio and maintain a no-phone policy after 9:00 PM to ensure all residential players get the necessary rest. It is not just about the training on the courts; it is about controlling the environment around you to guarantee recovery and focus.
My residential setup isn't a dorm; it's an athlete's habitat. When you are training twice a day, every commute eats into your recovery time. By living on campus at Prometheus School in Sector 131, Noida, you eliminate travel fatigue entirely.
The Residential Environment
We provide air-conditioned, 4-bed shared accommodation that keeps you comfortable and safe. The hostel is segregated, with 24/7 warden supervision and gated security. We handle the logistical heavy lifting—laundry, housekeeping, and a structured diet plan—so you don't waste energy on anything that isn't badminton.
Facility Access for Residents
You get full integration into our high-performance ecosystem. This includes:
- Climate-controlled courts: 8 professional wooden courts with Yonex synthetic mats, kept air-conditioned to handle Delhi NCR's heat.
- Recovery suite: Access to our gym, ice baths, and the Olympic-size swimming pool for resistance training and hydrotherapy.
- Nutrition: Four nutritionally balanced meals a day, served in the school cafeteria, mapped to your protein and carb needs.
