We bring the genuine taste of Manipur to Delhi, crafting balanced, home-style thalis with fresh seasonal greens, fermented staples, and our signature spice blends.

This thali highlights some unique Manipuri ingredients. It includes banana flower eromba, baby bamboo singju, fried chicken wings, and a whole fried fish head.
A simple yet satisfying meal of fried whole fish (nga ataoba), chawai kangsoi (a bean stew), yongchak singju, and other traditional sides.
A comforting plate of paan eromba (mashed taro stem) served with fried fish and chicken, garnished with fresh herbs and a slice of lemon.
About Signature Manipuri Thalis
Every thali we pack is a complete, balanced meal rotating through distinct Manipuri textures including crunchy Singju, steamed rice, and hearty curries like Ooti or Eromba. We deliver these in insulated steel tiffins to ensure the food arrives exactly as it would at a family dinner table back home, retaining that essential heat and freshness.
A Taste of Home
When we talk about a Manipuri thali, we are talking about a full spread. We believe food should be a mix of the light, the fermented, and the comforting. You will not find heavy creams or excessive oil here. Instead, our plates rely on fresh ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and traditional fermentation techniques that define Northeast Indian cooking.
What Goes Into Our Thalis
Every day, our menu changes to keep things fresh. A typical thali features:
- The Staples: A generous portion of steamed short-grain rice.
- The Fermented & The Mash: You might see Eromba (a spicy, chilli-punched vegetable mash) or dishes using hawaijar.
- The Greens: Seasonal light, soupy stews like Kangsoi that balance the meal.
- The Crunch: Our signature Singju, a fresh salad that adds texture to every bite.
- The Protein: Depending on your preference, you can choose from fried fish, chicken cooked with local spices, or tender pork preparations.
Why We Use Steel Tiffins
We do not use plastic boxes. We pack your food in 3-4 tier steel tiffin carriers. It is the only way to ensure the meal arrives warm and keeps the flavour profile intact, just like you are eating at home. It is better for you and better for the food.
Ordering For Your Day
We cook in small batches. This means our capacity is limited, and we value freshness over volume. If you are planning a meal, let us know early so we can prepare your plate with the attention it deserves. We are not a fast-food joint; we are a kitchen serving daily home meals, and we love sharing this process with our customers.
Natural Cooked Food
We are NCF, a family of chefs and riders dedicated to sharing our Manipuri heritage in Delhi. We cook exactly what we eat at home, focusing on simple, natural flavours that make you feel good.
