This is the heart of my service, bringing a taste of home to those in Delhi. I pack every meal, whether it's lunch or dinner, in traditional reusable steel tiffins to keep the food fresh and hot, just the way it should be.

Signature Manipuri Thalis

My thalis are a complete meal on one plate, giving you a balanced taste of authentic Manipuri cuisine. I offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, featuring a variety of curries, fried items, fresh salads like Singju, and traditional preparations like Eromba and Ooti.

Pork Delicacies

Pork is a staple in Manipuri cuisine, and I prepare it in many traditional ways. From crispy fried pork ribs and slow-cooked belly to rich curries made with bamboo shoots or fermented soybeans (hawaijar), each dish is packed with authentic flavour.

Hearty Chicken & Fish Dishes

I cook chicken and fish just like we do back home, using fresh, local ingredients and traditional recipes. My menu includes everything from simple, light fish stews (Nga Thongba) and comforting chicken curries to spicy stir-fries and crispy fried fish.

Vegetarian & Side Dishes

My menu also includes a wide range of vegetarian dishes and traditional Manipuri sides that make every meal special. From the famous crunchy Singju salad and spicy Eromba mash to simple boiled vegetables (Kangsoi) and various fritters (Bora), there's plenty of flavour for everyone.
