Homemade Vegetarian Thalis for Daily Meals
Simple, fresh, and just like mom used to make. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a comforting dinner, my everyday thalis are made with less oil and fresh ingredients, delivered right to your door in West Delhi.
A set of my standard vegetarian thalis ready for delivery. This meal included Paneer Bhurji, Chana Masala, fresh salad with green chutney, fluffy rice, and foil-wrapped rotis to keep them soft.
Here you can see the variety I offer in my thalis. One plate has kofta curry and the other has paneer bhurji, both served with dal, rice, roti, and salad. I can mix and match dishes as per your request.
A glimpse of a Thursday meal order. This thali included a comforting dal, flavorful paneer bhurji, rice, roti, and a side of salad. The other option was a rich gravy dish for variety.
A simple and satisfying meal for four people. These thalis feature a paneer dish, a homely dal, rice, and rotis. Perfect for a small family lunch or dinner.
This thali features Arbi Masala and a simple dal, served with yellow rice and rotis. I use fresh spices to make even simple vegetables taste delicious.
Four identical thalis prepared for a group order. This meal consisted of Paneer Bhurji, a yellow dal, steamed rice, and soft rotis, ensuring everyone gets a consistent and tasty meal.
A hearty thali featuring Black Chole and Aloo Gobi. This combination is a classic North Indian comfort meal, complete with rice, roti, and salad.
A delicious thali with my special Kadai Paneer and dal. Served with rice, roti, and salad, this is one of my most popular thali combinations.
This thali combination includes Jeera Aloo, Rajma, and Paneer Bhurji. It's a great example of how you can customize your plate with multiple sabzis.
A classic combination of Kadi Pakoda and Aloo Gobi in a single thali. The tangy kadi pairs wonderfully with the dry potato and cauliflower sabzi.
About Our Daily Meal Thalis
Each thali comes in a 5-compartment tray so your dal, sabzi, and rotis stay separate and warm until they reach you. Because I prepare every meal from scratch, you can easily ask for less spice or switch out a sabzi depending on what you’re craving that day.
Finding 'ghar ka khana' (homestyle food) when you are living away from home or just don't have the time to cook is tough, but that is exactly why I started Mumma's Kitchen. My devrani and I believe that everyday food should not feel like restaurant heavy-load; it should be light, nutritious, and easy on the stomach.
What goes into your thali
Every day, we prepare a fresh menu so you don't get bored. Your standard thali includes:
- Dal: Always slow-cooked and homestyle (Dal Makhni, Yellow Dal Tadka, or Rajma).
- Seasonal Sabzi: We pick fresh vegetables like Aloo Gobi, Jeera Aloo, or Paneer Bhurji with minimal oil.
- Breads: 3 to 4 soft Tawa Rotis, wrapped in foil so they stay soft.
- Rice: Perfectly cooked Basmati or Jeera rice.
- Sides: Freshly cut salad and my homemade green chutney.
Customization is key
I know that everyone has different needs. Whether you are a senior citizen who needs very low spice, a student looking for a specific sabzi like ghia or tinde, or someone observing a fast, just let me know. I can prepare meals without onion and garlic or adjust spice levels to suit your palate. Since everything is made to order in our home kitchen, it is easy for us to make these changes for you. We keep our kitchen clean and focused on quality, so you get the same taste you would get in a caring home.
Mumma's Kitchen
I’m the face behind Mumma’s Kitchen, and I truly love cooking for those living away from home. My devrani and I prepare every single meal ourselves, focusing on fresh, clean, and nutritious ingredients because I believe everyone deserves a hot, comforting meal at the end of the day.
