About My Practice and Community Education

The secret is not in restricting food, but in understanding your medical history, whether it is diabetes, PCOD, or renal care, and finding simple, local alternatives like millets that fit your daily life. I have seen over 600 clients go through this, and the goal is always sustainable health, not a temporary fix.
