This was the centerpiece of a "Millet Festival" I organized for Microsoft. I created an engaging display with various types of millets and delicious, healthy dishes to show how easy and tasty it can be to incorporate them into your diet.
It was a joy to connect with parents at the E Narayana Techno School for a health talk on "Healthy Mothers, Healthy Kids." Here I am with fellow participants after a wonderful, interactive session where we launched the new Mothers Club.
I also conduct online wellness programs, like this webinar on mindful eating for children with autism. My virtual seminars are designed to be just as engaging and supportive as my in-person events, reaching groups no matter where they are.
