For the "Millet Festival" at Microsoft, I created this beautiful and informative display. It featured different millet varieties and prepared dishes, making healthy eating look and taste appealing for all the employees.
This poster was part of my presentation at Microsoft, breaking down the science behind millets. I focus on providing clear, evidence-based information on nutritional benefits, from aiding sleep to helping control diabetes.
About Corporate Wellness Events
Whether you are planning a health-focused office week or looking for a quick stress-management talk, my sessions move away from standard presentations. I prefer interactive formats where employees can actually participate, like my Millet Festivals or myth-busting quizzes, because that is when the real change happens and people truly feel better.
Corporate wellness does not have to be another dull meeting. I have spent 20 years in nutrition, and I have learned that people only engage when they can relate the science to their daily habits.
Here is how I structure my sessions to make sure they are useful:
- Wellness Kiosks & Food Festivals: Like the millet showcase I hosted at Microsoft, these are excellent for office lobbies or event spaces. We bring the food to the employees, provide on-spot health screenings like BP checks, and offer quick consultations. It creates a space for casual, healthy conversations that get people excited about eating better.
- Interactive Workshops: For in-person sessions, I focus on myth-busting and audience polls. We talk about gut health, sleep, and nutrition specifically for those long office hours. These are meant to be a break from the desk, not an extension of the workday.
- Virtual Webinars: Perfect for hybrid or remote teams. These are 60-minute deep dives with a digital takeaway cheat sheet so employees have a practical guide they can use immediately after we log off.
I am not here to sell fad diets or complex, unrealistic meal plans. I focus on sustainable habits that fit into a busy professional life. If your team is struggling with energy slumps or just needs a morale boost, my sessions are designed to be light, fun, and genuinely useful.
