Handcrafted Belgian Couverture Bonbons and Truffles
Every truffle and bonbon is handmade in our Gurugram workshop using pure Belgian couverture and real fruit. We skip artificial colours, focusing instead on flavour and shine.

About Handcrafted Bonbons & Truffles
Our bonbons get their glossy finish from careful hand-tempering, which ensures that signature crisp snap when you take a bite. We focus on natural ganache fillings, using real cranberry pulp, coffee, and roasted nuts to get the flavour profile right without relying on synthetic additives.
We believe chocolate is happiness you can eat, which is why we are strict about what goes inside our shells. Whether it is our signature hazelnut truffles wrapped in foil or the geometric bonbons with their shimmer finish, every piece is made in small batches at our Sector 37 workshop in Gurugram.
We do not believe in shortcuts. That means using Belgian couverture chocolate, real fruit pulp for our ganaches, and honest nut pastes rather than fillers.
