About Handcrafted Chocolate Truffles

We make our truffles in small batches using 54% dark couverture chocolate, skipping any refined sugar. When you order a box, expect a mix of textures. Some are rolled in crushed roasted almonds, others are dusted with cocoa or finished with edible petals to give each bite a distinct personality.
