About Gourmet Spreads & Fillings
We don't hide behind vegetable oils or synthetic fillers. Our spreads are stone-ground to retain the natural oils from high-quality nuts, hitting up to 45% nut content in our premium Pistachio jars. When you scoop into one of our jars, you get exactly what the label promises: pure, slow-roasted flavor that stays creamy without the stabilizers found in commercial alternatives.
Why Our Spreads Are Different
When we started making spreads at our Sector 37 workshop, we had one goal: keep it real. Commercial spreads often rely on vegetable oils and palm oil to cut costs and increase shelf life. We take the opposite approach. We use high concentrations of real nuts—roasted in-house to unlock their natural oils—and blend them with high-quality Belgian couverture chocolate. The result is a richer, denser texture that feels more like a treat than a pantry staple.
Our Core Flavours
- 45% Pistachio: Our crowd favourite. It has a lower sugar profile and an intense, earthy nuttiness.
- Hazelnut Cocoa: Made with 13% to 15% nuts. It's balanced, smooth, and perfect for breakfast toast or a quick spoonful.
- Almond and Cashew: These are our creamiest options, showcasing the natural sweetness of fresh-roasted nuts without over-processing.
- Coffee: We infuse real coffee notes into our chocolate base for a morning-friendly pick-me-up.
Usage Ideas
While these are perfect straight out of the jar, we see our customers using them for much more. They work exceptionally well as fillings for home-baked cakes, as a topping for fresh croissants, or stirred into morning oatmeal. Because we don't add artificial stabilisers, you might see natural oil separation at the top of the jar—this is normal. Just give it a good stir before you dig in, and you're good to go.
