Chocolate isn’t just a treat for me - it’s my canvas. I get a real kick out of making chocolate sculptures that look almost too good to eat. Everything happens in our Gurugram workshop, where we’re always trying new ideas, playing around with shapes, and sometimes just letting our imagination run wild.
We only use proper luxury couverture chocolate - dark, milk, or white, whichever works best for the piece. No shortcuts. Each edible chocolate gift gets poured, shaped, and then finished by hand. Not gonna lie, some days the molds drive us mad, but that’s part of the deal. If it isn’t perfect, it doesn’t go out.
My personal favourite - the animal models. Teddy bears (with headphones or hats), elephants, ducks, penguins, even pandas. Sometimes we try making cartoon characters too, like Peppa Pig.
These sculptures are kinda fragile. So, you’ll need to pick them up directly from our workshop. That way, they reach you looking just as we made them.
