A look at how we make our chocolate owl pinatas for Diwali. We fill a chocolate bar base with gems, then place the hollow owl sculpture on top. It's a fun and guilt-free way to celebrate the festival.
A jar of our Belgian white chocolate callets. These small, heart-shaped pieces are perfect for melting, baking, or just snacking. They are a key ingredient for many home bakers and professional chefs.
If you are in a bad mood, try our small milk chocolate hearts. These callets are made from our 35.6% milk chocolate and are a staple in our factory for creating various confections.
About Behind the Scenes: The Art of Chocolate Making
You won't find mass-produced molds here. Every batch of our Belgian couverture chocolate is hand-tempered right in our Sector 37 workshop to get that signature snap. Whether it is pouring fresh ganache for our bonbons or hand-setting decorations on our festive chocolate owls, everything is done by hand to ensure the gloss and texture are perfect before they reach you.
Making chocolate at this level requires patience and a bit of obsession. We start with raw, high-quality Belgian couverture, which we temper carefully—heating, cooling, and reheating to precise temperatures—to ensure the finished product has that satisfying crunch and glossy finish that only real cocoa butter provides.
Our Process
Everything starts in our Gurugram factory. Unlike mass-market options that rely on vegetable oils and artificial colours, we stick to natural ingredients. When we make our bonbons, the fillings are crafted with real fruit pulps and roasted nuts. You can see this in our process; it is a clean, controlled environment where food safety is our top priority. We have even won awards for our safe work practices, and that carries over to how we handle every box we pack.
The Human Touch
From the giant chocolate painting that took us 320 hours to create, to the intricate details on our seasonal figurines like chocolate cigars or Diwali owls, we treat every project like a piece of art. When you visit our workshop or receive a hamper, you are seeing the result of hours of manual work.
Why Handcrafted Matters
We believe that when you strip away the artificial preservatives and focus on pure, quality ingredients, the chocolate speaks for itself. Whether you are looking for specific custom sculptures for a wedding or a curated box of truffles, what you get is fresh, authentic, and made with the same passion we started with in 2010. We are also proud to say that while we make chocolate, we also give back, having planted over 80,000 trees to stay true to our commitment to the planet.
