I use a base of high-grade Belgian and Australian chocolate, then build in textures like toasted kataifi or fresh nut fillings to get that perfect snap. I started Oasis to bring Middle Eastern sweets to Delhi, but my passion for fusion experiments took over. My chocolate counter is where I let loose.
