Our cranberry caramelized pearls are made with only natural fruits. We don't use any added colors or artificial flavors, so the beautiful deep red comes directly from the real cranberries inside.

About Chocolate Coated Nuts & Dragees
We take whole, roasted nuts and enrobe them in multiple layers of Belgian couverture chocolate for a clean, satisfying snap. Unlike mass-produced snacks, we use real fruit for colour, so that deep red in our cranberry pearls comes straight from the berry, not a lab.
We start with high-quality nuts, mostly almonds and whole coffee beans, then use a process called panning to build up those layers of rich 54% dark or 35.6% milk chocolate. It takes time, but it ensures that the chocolate to nut ratio is balanced in every bite.
Our cranberry pearls are a particular favourite. We use natural fruit pulp to get that vibrant colour, keeping it real without any fake additives. Whether you pick the chocolate covered almonds for a classic treat or our coffee beans for a midday energy boost, you are getting something made in our Gurugram facility. We keep our batches small so you do not receive products that have been sitting on a warehouse shelf for months.
