About Classic Comfort Combos

I prepare these daily in my West Delhi kitchen using minimal oil and fresh ingredients, avoiding the heavy creams and excess spices found in restaurants. Each bowl of Rajma, Kadi, or Chole is served over fluffy basmati rice, just like I make for my own family at home.

When you are living away from home or just don't have the time to cook, eating heavy takeout isn't the solution. My comfort combos are designed to give you that light, nutritious, and soul-satisfying meal you actually miss.

Why these combos work

Each portion is prepared using traditional recipes. My Rajma is slow-cooked to get that thick, authentic gravy, and my Kadi Pakoda features soft, handmade pakodas in a tangy, yogurt-based curry. I don't use restaurant-grade heavy masalas or excessive oil. If you need your meal prepared with less spice or specifically without onion and garlic, just let me know before I start cooking.
