About Party Favorites: Chinese & Italian
People often think Chinese and Italian party food means heavy oil, artificial colors, and excess MSG. I make it differently. Whether it is my Chilli Potato, crunchy spring rolls, or fully loaded vegetable pizza, I use fresh vegetables and minimal oil. It is 'ghar ka khana' even when it is party food, which means you can serve it to kids and elders without worrying about the quality.
I started preparing these dishes because many of my regular tiffin clients asked if I could make something special for their weekend parties or kids' birthdays.
Why my party snacks are different
- Fresh, not frozen: I do not believe in frozen, mass-produced ingredients. My pizza bases are prepared with care, and the vegetables in my Chilli Paneer or Chilli Mushroom are chopped fresh in my kitchen.
- Customized for your guests: Hosting a party with kids? I will keep the spice levels low. Need a special topping on your pizza? Just let me know. I do not have a standard, rigid menu because every household has different tastes.
- The 'Mumma's Kitchen' Promise: Even for Italian or Chinese dishes, I stick to my core philosophy of 'less oil' and 'no compromise on hygiene'. You get the restaurant taste without the heavy feeling afterward.

- Snacks: Chilli Potato, Honey Chilli Potato, Crispy Corn, and Veg Spring Rolls.
- Mains: Veggie loaded Pizza, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Mushroom, and Manchurian.
- Combos: Cheese Maggi and special cold coffee for casual evenings.
I deliver across West Delhi within a 6km radius. Since everything is prepared from scratch, I request you to share your requirements at least a day in advance so I can manage the prep with my devrani.
