About Special Meals: Vrat & No Onion/Garlic
When we prepare meals for Vrat or No Onion/Garlic events, we maintain strict kitchen hygiene. We use fresh Sendha Namak (rock salt) and ensure that no utensils used for regular cooking touch your food. It is about the purity required for these special days, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Finding reliable, home-style food during festivals like Navratri or Ekadashi can be tough when you want to avoid commercial catering. We believe fasting food should not just be sattvic, but also tasty and satisfying.
Our Vrat Special Menu
We prepare traditional favorites like:
- Sabudana Khichdi: Light, non-sticky, and packed with roasted peanuts and potatoes.
- Kuttu ki Tikki: Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and prepared with minimal oil.
- Swank Pulao (Samak ke Chawal): A light and healthy alternative to regular rice.
- Vrat Thalis: Includes Aloo Sabzi, Kuttu or Singhara Poori, and fresh curd (dahi).
Why Choose Us for Religious Catering?
- Pure Ingredients: We use only Sendha Namak and fresh, seasonal vegetables. No hidden onions, garlic, or refined grains ever enter our vrat-special prep area.
- Customizable Spice: Whether you prefer extra green chilies or very mild food for elders, we can adjust the recipe to suit your home.
- Hygiene First: Since we cook in our own home kitchen, we maintain the cleanliness you expect. We do not use bulk factory processes.
From Ram Navami Prasad distribution to corporate 'no-onion-garlic' team lunches, we handle the logistics so you can focus on the event. Just let us know your requirements a day in advance, and we will get the ingredients ready.
