About Fight Camp & Pro Training
A fight camp is not just about training harder. It is about managing the physiological stress of a weigh-in and preparing your body for the intensity of a real bout. We work on your tactical conditioning, optimize your sparring, and implement safe weight-cutting protocols like water loading and sauna sessions so you step into the ring ready to execute.
When you are preparing for a fight, you cannot afford to waste time. My 21-day pro fight camp is built on the reality of the grind. We don't do magic; we do work.
The Training Grind
Competition prep requires high-frequency training. We typically run sessions twice a day, focusing on two distinct phases: morning conditioning to build explosive stamina, and evening technical sparring to sharpen your fight IQ. We drill combinations and defensive maneuvers until they become muscle memory, ensuring you do not have to think when the pressure hits.
Tactical Sparring & Strategy
Generic drills won't help you against a specific opponent. During camp, we analyze the kind of opponent you are facing and adjust your sparring accordingly. Whether you need to tighten up your guard against a reach advantage or work on clinching for Muay Thai, we tailor your partner work to the threats you will face on fight night.
Weight & Recovery
Making weight is half the battle. I provide strict supervision for weight cuts, including water loading phases and cardio in sauna suits. I also manage your rehydration protocol post-weigh-in to ensure you regain your strength without compromising your health. On event day, I provide chief second support, handling everything from gauze and tape wrapping to water and tactical adjustments between rounds.
