We focus on periodization—12 weeks of conditioning, skill acquisition, hard sparring, and tapering to ensure you hit your peak on fight day.
What we focus on in the camp:
- Cage Control: We drill how to pin, press, and dominate against the cage panels. This is a game-changer in modern MMA.
- Fighter-Specific Conditioning: Forget generic gym cardio. We use isometric holds and neck training to build the specific endurance a wrestler or striker needs for 15 minutes of war.
- Game Planning: You need more than just technique. We break down your style, analyze your opponent, and build a tactical plan. If you are fighting at an event like BFC or DCW, I am there with you during weigh-ins, in the back, and at ringside to give live instructions.
