Fitness & Self-Defense Training in Bengaluru
I don't believe in quick fixes. Whether you are a beginner looking to build confidence or a busy professional needing a serious stress-buster, we train for real life. It is about dhairya (patience), ekagrata (focus), and getting stronger every day.
Many of my clients come to train after work to clear their heads and get a solid workout. This clip shows a late evening kickboxing session where we practice pad work to improve striking combinations and cardiovascular endurance. It's a practical way to build fitness and relieve stress.
Training can happen anywhere and is for everyone. This video shows the variety in my sessions, including outdoor sparring, indoor drills, and even introducing basic martial arts movements to children. The goal is to make fitness and self-defense accessible and engaging for all.
The heavy bag is a fundamental tool for building power and endurance. Here, we are practicing kickboxing combinations, focusing on generating force from the hips. This kind of drill is essential for developing proper technique and is a core part of my training for all levels.
Training should also be fun. Here is a playful stare down before a light sparring session outdoors. While we take the craft seriously, creating a positive and enjoyable environment is key to staying consistent and motivated on your fitness journey.
About Fitness & Self-Defense for All
Forget standard gym machines. We train in raw, ventilated spaces where the only thing that matters is your technique and sweat. I keep batches small, usually 6 to 10 people, because you need actual correction on your hip rotation, guard height, and footwork, not just someone counting reps while you do it wrong.
My sessions in Richmond Town and across Bengaluru are built on the basics. If you are looking for air-conditioned studios and mirrors, this is not the place for you. What you get here is pure, no-nonsense combat training focused on functionality.
Why This Approach Works
Most people think fitness is about lifting heavy or running endless miles. Real fitness, especially in combat sports like Boxing and Muay Thai, is about efficiency. You learn to control your breathing, manage your adrenaline, and move with purpose. Whether we are drilling kickboxing combinations or focusing on self-defense scenarios, the goal is simple: make you capable of handling yourself inside and outside the ring.
My Training Philosophy
- Dhairya (Patience): Nothing happens overnight. We build your skills step-by-step, ensuring you don't burn out or get injured.
- Ekagrata (Focus): When you are on the mats, you leave the work stress behind. It is just you, the bag, and the next movement.
- Shakti (Strength): We build power that translates to real life. My bodyweight circuits and sparring drills ensure you are not just fit, but resilient.
Who This Is For
I train everyone from corporate professionals wanting to de-stress to people who genuinely want to learn how to fight. If you have the will to show up when it is hard, I have the time to train you. We practice partner work, heavy bag drills, and situational sparring to keep things dynamic. You do not need experience, just the willingness to grind.
