We record a high-quality video of your routine using gimbal stabilization and studio lighting, so you leave with a polished clip of your progress. Whether you are a total beginner or getting back into dance, you get personal attention on your form, not just the choreography.
At Rhythm Dance & Fitness Junction, we believe that dance is for everyone. We operate two studios in Noida, located in Sector 49 and Sector 78. My philosophy is simple: keep it fun. We avoid the rigid, judgmental atmosphere of traditional classes and instead foster a community where you can learn, laugh, and improve your fitness levels regardless of your starting point. Our weekend sessions generally run for 90 to 120 minutes, giving us enough time to break down routines, practice with music, and get that final shot on video.
