About Our Summer Coolers & Squashes
Unlike commercial syrups, these squashes contain a high fruit pulp ratio of 30-40% with no artificial colours. Just a splash in water or soda brings out that real, seasonal flavour. Because I use no chemical preservatives, please remember to keep these refrigerated to keep the taste pure.
Why My Squashes Are Different
I believe in the old way of doing things. My kitchen does not use mass production lines or chemical additives like Sodium Benzoate. When you buy a bottle of Aam Panna or Lemon Squash from me, you are getting concentrated, real-fruit goodness that respects the season. If the mangoes aren't in season, you won't find mango squash on my shelf.
The Traditional Range
- Aam Panna: Roasted raw mango concentrate seasoned with cumin and black salt.
- Lemon Squash: Clarified lemon concentrate with sulphur-free sugar.
- Badam Sharbat: A thick almond paste emulsion rich in ground nuts, saffron, and cardamom. This is not a thin syrup; it is a nourishing concentrate.
- Kanji: A traditional fermented drink made from black carrots and mustard seeds, perfect for gut health.
How to Serve
These squashes are full-on flavour. They are designed to be diluted with chilled water or soda. For the Badam Sharbat, mix it with milk for a rich, cooling drink.
A Note on Storage
Because my recipes rely on natural preservation rather than chemicals, refrigeration is mandatory. Each batch is made in my kitchen in Greater Kailash, using 750ml sterilized glass bottles to ensure the quality stays intact from my home to yours.
