Meet Coach Mohit Narwal: Discipline in Kabaddi Training
Namaskar. I am Coach Mohit Narwal. Here, we do not believe in shortcuts. We believe in mat practice, discipline, and hard work to build future champions.
Here I am explaining how players get a platform to advance their careers. It starts with performing well in school games and state championships, which is what our U-19 team is about to do.
An announcement for the new admission session. I believe in being upfront: we have limited seats for serious players who are ready to commit to the hard work required to succeed.
Attending the 71st Senior National Kabaddi Championship in Odisha. It is important for me to stay connected with the sport at the highest level to bring the best knowledge to my students.
On the mat during a match. I am a hands-on coach, always observing and guiding my players.
A candid moment at a sporting event. My life revolves around kabaddi and mentoring the next generation of players.
Another photo from a sports event, where I often go to scout talent and support the kabaddi community.
A formal portrait. As a coach, I believe in presenting myself with the same discipline I expect from my players.
This love and respect is my real wealth. A young coach from a region with little kabaddi came to seek guidance, and I was happy to support his efforts to grow the sport.
About Meet the Coach & Our Philosophy
Many players ask how to get selected for state or pro teams. My answer is always the same: stop looking for a quick fix. My training focuses on the daily 'Subah-Shaam' grind—footwork, defense, and stamina until they become second nature. If you are ready to commit to the discipline required for professional sports, I will provide the platform and mentorship to help you get there.
Kabaddi is not just about strength; it is about technique and mental toughness. My academy in Sector 9, Gurugram, is built on the belief that a coach must be on the ground with his players every single day. Whether you are training for state championships or aiming for the Pro Kabaddi League, you need consistent match practice and real-world exposure.
We run two sessions daily to ensure holistic development. Our morning sessions focus on conditioning and cross-country running, while our evening sessions are dedicated to technical drills—perfecting ankle holds, dubki, and toe touches. We use both standard mats for simulation and mud courts for building raw, functional power.
My students, Harsh Raj and Irfan Mir, prove that if you put in the hours, the results follow. I personally mentor every player on their diet, recovery, and selection trials. We don't just provide coaching; we provide a pathway. If you are serious about a career, stop looking for short-term fixes and start building your base with us.
