About Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness
Every pregnancy is different, so we do not use cookie-cutter plans. Whether you are dealing with mobility limitations in your second trimester or looking to safely rebuild your core strength postpartum, our coaches adjust the intensity and movements to fit exactly where your body is today. We focus on technique and stability, not on intensity for its own sake.

- Safe Scaling: Every movement has a regression. If a standard squat is not right for your current trimester, we shift to a supported variation that keeps your core engaged without unnecessary pressure.
- Postpartum Rebuilding: Returning to fitness after birth requires patience. We start with the basics of core engagement and gradual loading, ensuring you regain your strength without rushing the process or risking injury.
