We are located at 54, Near Airforce Gate, Jalahalli East. We regularly host events and introductory sessions for those new to climbing and functional fitness.
About this collection
If you are worried about walking into a gym where everyone seems to know exactly what they are doing, stop. Most of our members walked through that door feeling exactly the same way. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines, so every group session is scaled to your actual fitness level. Whether you have never picked up a weight or you are returning to fitness after a long break, you will be doing movements that fit your current ability, not what the person next to you is doing.
We started Mud and Mettle because we wanted more than just another gym. We wanted a place where the community actually knows your name, remembers your goals, and cheers when you hit a personal record. When we say we are beginner-friendly, we mean it. We drill the basics of functional movement—squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—until your form is solid. Better technique means you can apply more power safely, which is how you get stronger without wrecking your joints.
Our facility in Jalahalli East is a warehouse setup with high ceilings and natural ventilation, designed for real work, not for show. You won’t find mirrors everywhere or rows of machines. You will find pull-up bars, rowing machines, and floor space to move. We operate on a 'fit fam' model where we train, push, and occasionally trek together. It is an environment where you are expected to show up and put in the work, but you are never expected to do it alone.
Our group batches are coached, meaning a trainer is always watching your form, correcting your posture, and helping you scale the workout if a specific movement is too advanced for you yet. We treat fitness as an emotion, something that helps you get through a tough day or recover from an injury. If you have been looking for a place where you can build real, resilient strength alongside people who are just as focused on their progress as you are, you have found it.
