My process starts with deep collaboration with the director to ensure every garment helps tell the character story, but the real work happens in the trenches. I manage continuity, handle last-minute wardrobe malfunctions, and keep the team energized through long night shifts.
The Art of Film Styling
Styling for a camera is a specific skill. It is not just about what looks good in a mirror. It is about how fabric moves on screen, how it handles harsh studio lighting, and how it holds up over a 16-hour day. When I work on projects like 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi' or 'Nadaaniyan', my focus is on wardrobe continuity and character building.
My Process

Visual Research: I begin by breaking down the script and understanding the director vision. We discuss the arc of the character so the clothes evolve naturally.
