When you book with us, our cake concierge walks you through flavor matching and floral design, so your cake looks beautiful without that heavy sugar coating.
We believe your celebration cake should be the highlight of the table, not just in appearance but in taste. That is why we strictly avoid fondant. Instead, we use techniques like palette knife art and textured Swiss Meringue Buttercream to create elegant, rustic finishes. We finish our cakes with fresh, pesticide-free flowers like roses and baby's breath, or seasonal fruit cuts that reflect what is fresh in the market right now.
Our process is designed to take the stress out of your planning. Every custom order includes a 15-minute consultation with our cake concierge. We will talk through your event theme, favorite flavor profiles like our Kirsch cherry or coffee-infused sponges, and how to match your aesthetic to our signature Art Deco presentation style.
