When ordering a complex theme cake, please book at least 5-7 days in advance so we can sketch your design and source the right toppers. These cakes use structural supports like internal dowels to keep your figures standing tall, so please keep the cake at room temperature for an hour before serving to ensure the best texture for the kids.

I treat every birthday cake like a small project. Because I build everything from scratch, including hand-sculpted fondant characters and complex structures, I need time to get the engineering right. - Structural Safety: We use non-edible internal dowels and supports for all multi-tier cakes and 3D figurines. I will always warn you where these are placed so you can remove them safely before cutting.
- Delivery: Since these cakes are delicate, we handle transport with care across Delhi NCR to make sure the unicorn horn or the race car spoiler arrives exactly as it left my kitchen.
