Street Corner Meeting & Welcome Gate
Structure & Branding
- Welcome Gate: 15ft wide x 12ft high bamboo arch fully draped in satin cloth (customizable colors) with frames for flex banners.
- Stage: 10ft x 12ft wooden riser (1.5ft height) with red carpet and skirting.
- Street Decor: 200 meters of plastic or paper triangular flag bunting stringing.
Audio & Lighting
- Sound: 2 top speakers on stands, 1 amplifier, and 1 corded microphone.
- Lighting: 4 Halogen or LED floodlights (400W) on poles for night visibility.
Seating
- General: 50 standard red plastic chairs.
- VIP: 4 cushioned chairs with covers for the stage.
- Podium: 1 wooden speech stand.
10 Day Festival Pandal & Decor
Infrastructure
- Mandap: 20ft x 30ft waterproof structure (German Hanger or Bamboo) with tarpaulin roofing and side walls.
- Flooring: Full area synthetic carpet coverage.
- Idol Setup: Reinforced wooden platform with a decorated Gabhara backdrop using artificial flowers or thermocol.
Tech & Effects
- Lighting: Interior LED par cans for mood lighting and exterior rice light series.
- Sound: Basic speaker and mic setup for daily Aarti.
- Procession: 1 Confetti blaster machine for arrival or immersion events.
- Cooling: 4 wall mounted or pedestal fans.
Large Political Rally & VIP Stage

- Main Stage: 32ft x 24ft scaffolding structure with stairs, ramps, and fresh carpeting.
- Video Wall: 12ft x 10ft outdoor LED screen (P3/P4) for live feeds or presentations.
- Decor: Real floral running border along the stage edge and traditional brass lamp.
Audio & Lighting
- Sound: Concert grade Line Array system (4 Tops, 2 Subs) with digital mixer and cordless mics.
- Lighting: Box truss setup with 12 LED PAR cans and 4 blinders or moving heads.
Audience Zone
- Seating: 500 plastic armless chairs and 10 VIP sofas (2 seaters) with center tables.
- Comfort: 4 industrial jumbo air coolers.
- Safety: Barricading to separate VIP and general zones.

- Navratri, Holi - from vibrant draping for parties to mandal setups. Did the "Rang De" bash at Dadar.
