Structure & Masking
- Perimeter Draping: White fabric masking (approx. 10-12ft height) covering up to 200 running feet to conceal warehouse walls.
- Flooring: Full ground coverage using Grey or Red needle-punch carpets (non-woven) over industrial flooring.
- Stage: 24ft x 16ft wooden platform (2ft height) with fresh carpet finish, box-pleated skirting, and side step.
Seating Configuration
- VIP Section: 4-5 Round Banquet tables with black linen and 30-40 chairs featuring white covers and black sashes.
- General Audience: Up to 200 fiber/plastic armless chairs with uniform white slipcovers arranged in theatre style.
- Head Table: 15ft long table on stage with white frilling and continuous floral runner.

- Crowd Control: Wooden or metal barricades (approx 50ft) separating VIP areas from the general audience.

- Dignitary Stage: Heavy-duty 40ft x 20ft platform capable of holding 20+ guests, finished with red carpet.
- Mass Seating: 800-1000 standard stackable plastic chairs arranged in theatre format.
- VIP Seating: Front row setup with 20-30 leatherette single-seater sofas or high-back chairs.

I specialise in turning wide open grounds, college campuses, and even industrial sheds into memorable spaces for big events. Whether it's a product launch, company annual day, college fest, or local festival, I’ve done it all around Navi Mumbai. My setup fits everything from formal corporate launches to full-on live concerts.
