- Metal Stage: 32ft x 24ft heavy-duty structure with carpet, masking, and steps; built to support heavy groups (e.g., dance troupes).
- Truss System: Box truss (4-pillar or Goal post) for safely mounting lights and sound in open wind conditions.
Audio & Visuals
- Loud Sound: High-decibel Line Array system (JBL/RCF) suitable for crowds of 1,500+, including stage monitors and microphones.
- LED Wall: Approx. 12ft x 8ft outdoor cabinet screen for live camera feeds or sponsor loops.
- Lighting: Festival package with Sharpie beams, LED Pars for washing, and Blinders for crowd engagement.
Safety & Power
- Crowd Control: Mojo-style aluminum barricades for the stage front and iron barricades for the perimeter.
- Power: 125 kVA silent generator with backup and fuel included.

We’ve managed some of Mumbai’s biggest cultural and religious gatherings - Yuva Sena Dahihandi, GSC Ranga Rang Holi, and massive Navkar Mantra Divas at NSCI Dome. From setting up for a world-record crowd for Lord Mahavir’s foundation day, to handling the fireworks and stage for the Grand New Year bash at Goregaon Sports Club, we know what it takes. We handle everything from large-scale cultural festival production to full Mumbai live concert management, with artists like Mika Singh and DJ Akhil Talreja keeping the crowd pumped.

Maple Events started with 'You Decide, We Create' in mind. Four years later, our team’s the backbone, and we’re grateful. We’ve done wild Holi parties—people say, 'iss prakar ki holi kabhi hui nahi' (never seen Holi like this)—and set records for Lord Mahavir’s foundation day. Dahihandi Utsav with Yuva Sena? Pure Marathi, pure Mumbai pride. It’s these moments, full of joy and unity, that keep us moving.
