Baby Shower & Birthday Decor Package
Core Setup & Backdrop
- Dimensions: Standard 8 ft (Width) x 8 ft (Height) backdrop frame suitable for indoor ceiling heights.
- Draping: Dual layer Lycra or Polyester fabric draping in theme colors (Pastel Pink or Blue for Baby Shower, Brights for Birthdays).
- Florals: Top border arrangement using Artificial flowers (Roses, Hydrangeas mix).
Props & Furniture
- Central Seating: Choice of 1 Traditional Wooden Swing (Jhula) with cushions OR 1 Two Seater VIP Sofa.
- Themed Cutouts: 2 to 3 Vinyl on sunboard cutouts tailored to the event (e.g. Cartoon characters, Crescent Moon prop, or Peacock motifs).
- Signage: 1 Generic Neon Sign (e.g. "Oh Baby", "Happy Birthday") or a printed foam board welcome easel.
Flooring & Lighting
- Carpet: Standard red or green needle punch carpet for the stage area (approx. 10x10 ft).
- Lighting: 2 LED PAR lights to wash the backdrop with color.
Important Policy
- Transport: Excluded. Additional trucking costs apply based on distance from warehouse.
Haldi & Mehendi Event Setup
Stage & Backdrop
- Backdrop Structure: 10 ft x 8 ft backdrop featuring Artificial Green Turf wall or Bright Yellow Curtains.
- Floral Decor: Dense hanging arrangement of Artificial Marigold (Genda) strings mixed with white tube rose strings.
- Signage: Haldi or Mehendi script cutout in Hindi or English (Gold or Red acrylic/thermocol).
Ceremonial Props
- Couple Seating: 1 Large Fiber Urli (Gold painted tub) for the couple OR 2 Traditional Sankheda chairs or Low height stools.
- Accessories: 2 decorative Matkas (pots) and mild scattered loose flower petals (fresh marigold, approx 1 to 2 kg included).
Entrance & Ambiance
- Entrance Gate: Simple box arch gate draped in yellow fabric with marigold hangings.
- Aisle: Printed flex aisle runner (e.g. Rangoli pattern) or standard carpet (approx 15 running ft).
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED PAR cans to brighten the yellow tones.
Engagement & Roka Stage Decor
Grand Stage Setup
- Dimensions: Decor suitable for a 20 ft to 24 ft wide stage.
- Backdrop: Layered draping (White, Peach, or Pastel) with fairy light curtains behind the fabric for a soft glow.
- Floral Accents: Artificial floral bunches on the backdrop frame and stage header. Includes 2 Cherry Blossom style artificial trees or tall floral pedestals on stage sides.
- Furniture: 1 Premium Love Seat Sofa (White, Gold or Beige Rexine) + 2 side chairs for parents.
Entrance & Walkway
- Walkway: Chevron Pattern (Zig Zag) printed flex aisle runner OR Red Carpet (up to 30 ft).
- Entrance Arch: 1 decorative entrance arch matching the stage theme with floral pasting.
- Signage: 1 Welcome Board on a wooden easel stand with the couple's name.
Technical Inclusions
- Lighting: General stage wash using halogen or LED lights (6 to 8 units) to ensure bright photos.
- Note: PA system and Sound are not included in this tier.
Complete Wedding & Reception Package
Wedding Mandap
- Structure: 4 Pillar or 6 Pillar Mandap structure (10x10 ft or 12x12 ft).
- Styling: Full fabric draping, artificial floral headers on all sides, and ceiling fabric.
- Ritual Items: 2 Bajots (low tables), 2 Patlas (seats), and a Havankund holder.
- Seating: 6 VIP Chairs or Sofas inside the Mandap for the couple and parents.
Reception Stage & Entry
- Stage: Grand Reception Stage decor (up to 30 ft wide) with heavy floral pasting (Artificial) and chandeliers.
- VIP Entry: A 15 to 20 ft long Fairy Light Tunnel or highly decorated floral passage for the guest entrance.
- Special Effects: Dhamakedar Entry kit included (Cold Pyro sparklers + Low Fog dry ice machine for 3 minutes).
Furniture & Lighting
- Guest Seating: Includes rental of 100 Plastic Chairs with white covers and tie backs.
- Lighting: Comprehensive truss mounted lighting (PAR Cans, Warm Whites) for Mandap and Stage.
- Sound: Basic PA system with 2 Tops (Speakers) and 2 Mics for announcements or background music.
About Wedding & Social Event Decoration
I’m not here to give you tension - just grand celebrations, Marathi style. People say a Marathi can’t do business, but my kaam bolta hai (my work speaks). Big wedding on a maidan or a small birthday at home, I’ve got your back, sab kuch sambhalto mi (I handle it all).
Events We Love to Decorate
- Engagements & Ring Ceremonies: Think plush couches, floral backdrops, and mood lighting. You want something subtle or dramatic, we’ll do it.
- Haldi, Mehendi & Sangeet: For haldi ceremony decoration ideas, I use loads of genda phool, yellow-orange themes, and quirky pots. Mehendi or sangeet? Fairy light tunnels, disco balls, and silver foil walls for that glam vibe.
- Baby Showers (Dohale Jevan): Traditional jhula decoration and even peacock or Radha Krishna themes. I’ve got crescent moon seats and neon signs saying “Kunitari yenar ga” (Someone’s coming) for the perfect photo.
- Birthdays: Custom themed birthday party decor is my thing - Cocomelon, “ONEderful” first birthdays, balloon arches, giant letter lights, all sorted.
Entry Toh Dhamakedar Honi Chahiye
Couple entry should be a showstopper. We do cold pyro, low-fog, confetti blasts, and even fireworks for those grand wedding entry special effects. Matlab, sab ki nazar sirf aap par.
