We apply the same design rigour to apartment interiors as we do to our residential architecture, focusing on functional flow and material honesty within constrained footprints.

About Apartment Interiors & Press

Our approach to apartment interiors focuses on optimizing spatial quality within a fixed envelope. We utilize custom joinery, integrated storage solutions, and a disciplined material palette to ensure that every square foot remains functional and uncluttered. This methodology ensures that even within the constraints of an apartment, the living experience remains seamless and deeply connected to the intended use of each space.

Our Design Methodology

Designing within an apartment context requires a shift in focus toward interior detailing. Our process begins with an assessment of the existing structural grid. We prioritize the movement between rooms and the placement of fixed joinery to create an open, airy feeling. By utilizing a restrained palette, such as crisp white walls paired with wood accents and vitrified or stone flooring, we ensure that the space feels expansive. In projects like Chakma's Home, this meant creating custom storage that integrates into the foyer and living area, maintaining clean lines while providing essential utility.

Press and Industry Recognition

Beyond our project portfolio, our work is frequently recognized for its design philosophy. Peer validation is central to our practice. Our SAMAM House project was featured in The Architect's Diary, which noted the project for its balance of simplicity, functionality, and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor environments. Similarly, our LUCID project gained international attention as part of the Stanovanje-Housing 23 exhibition in Nis, where it was presented alongside projects from 90 architects globally. These features underscore our commitment to climate-responsive and context-driven design. We believe that architecture must respond to its environment, whether it is a single apartment unit or a complete residential building. Our objective is always to move beyond standard layouts and provide a living environment that is both intellectually grounded and practically sound.
