My approach to lookbooks focuses on speed and precision without sacrificing detail. I use specialized strobe-resistant layering that keeps skin looking fresh under high-intensity lighting, ensuring your models look flawless from the first outfit to the last change of the day.
Managing a commercial catalog shoot requires more than just makeup, it requires a team that understands lighting, continuity, and the pace of a set. When shooting high-volume lookbooks, the primary challenge is maintaining consistency across 15 to 25 garments. I bring a commercial hair stylist and an on-set assistant with me to every shift, so we handle hair tucks, lip changes, and touch-ups instantly without slowing down the photographer.
My kit is built for HD and 4K results. I use products specifically chosen for their ability to withstand the harsh glare of strobe lights, ensuring that the skin texture remains realistic rather than washed out. We prioritize body makeup and clavicle highlighting, giving the models that polished, finished look essential for high-end fashion catalogs.
