Gourmet Cakes & Tin Cheesecakes

From decadent chocolate layers to my signature tin cheesecakes, every order is made with the same ingredients I’d feed my own family.

Watch me assemble my Mango Biscoff Cake. It's a summer dream with fresh, juicy mangoes and a delicious Biscoff drip.

You asked for smaller portions, and I listened. This is my Biscoff and Strawberry tin cheesecake, a perfect dessert for one or two, served in a reusable tin.

A beautiful combination of flavors and textures. My Mango Raspberry Cake features a light vanilla sponge, raspberry mousse, and is topped with fresh mangoes.

The perfect treat for a rainy day. This is my naked chocolate cake with salted caramel, chocolate ganache dollops, and a topping of crunchy caramel popcorn.

For me, baking is therapy. Here I am smoothing the rich chocolate ganache on a cake, my happy place.

A little treat never hurt anyone. Smoothing the glossy chocolate frosting on a cake is one of the most satisfying parts of my job.

Creating those perfect, clean waves in the chocolate frosting. It's all about the details and the technique.

About this collection

My tin cheesecakes are designed for the perfect ratio of cookie crunch to cream cheese filling. I use actual Nutella and Lotus Biscoff, never cheaper spreads, and for my fruit cakes, I rely only on fresh seasonal mangoes or strawberries—never jams or compotes. It’s the same quality I’d feed my own family, nothing less.

When you order from me, you’re not just getting a dessert, you’re getting something made from scratch in my kitchen. I don't believe in copy-paste designs, so don't expect me to replicate someone else’s photo. Instead, trust me to design something fresh and delicious for your occasion.

My tin cheesecakes have become a personal obsession. I spent two years refining the recipe to ensure the biscuit base stays crunchy and the cream cheese layer stays dense and luscious. Whether it’s the Biscoff Strawberry or the boozy Tiramisu, each comes in a reusable, gold-printed tin that keeps everything fresh until you’re ready to dig in.

For my gourmet celebration cakes, I follow one strict rule: if I wouldn't eat it, I won't serve it. I only use fresh, high-quality ingredients. No vegetable oils, no margarine, and absolutely no pre-mixed compotes. If you see mango or strawberry on the menu, it’s real fruit that I’ve picked and prepared.

I deliver across Delhi NCR and my studio is in Lajpat Nagar, with another location at MGF Megacity Mall in Gurugram. If you're looking for a custom cake, remember that tiny cakes can’t hold big designs, so I typically require a minimum order of 1.5kg for detailed custom work. If you value taste over cheap thrills, you’ve come to the right place.

I'm Sara, and I run my kitchen on one rule: if I wouldn't eat it, I won't serve it. I started baking at 17, and today, whether it's a giant celebration cake or a quick tin of cheesecake, it’s all made from scratch in my Delhi kitchen. I don't believe in copy-paste designs, I prefer to craft something that tastes as good as it looks.
