About The Soul of Our Academy: The Maidan
When we say 'ground,' we mean the actual mud where we condition our bodies. We don't just teach poses; we do high-intensity cardio and partner-assisted stretching right here. If you are looking for soft AC floors, this isn't that place. We build endurance from the ground up, teaching you to hold your posture whether the heat is rising or the humidity is high.
Our academy in Bandra East operates on a philosophy that is simple: discipline first. The photos you see here are of our students training for state and national competitions. Whether it is Yoga, Kho-Kho, or Kabaddi, every drop of sweat on this maidan counts.
Why Train With Us

The Batch Experience
Our classes run from Monday to Saturday, lasting 60 to 90 minutes. We keep our groups synchronized at 20 to 30 students to maintain the energy of the team. Beginners start with basic conditioning, while those aiming for competition enter our specialized performance coaching tracks. We don't promise shortcuts; we promise the kind of training that gets you into the state team.
