Expert Yogasana Coaching Led by State-Appointed Mentors
When you train with us, you are learning directly from experts who shape state and national teams. We do not just teach postures; we prepare athletes for the competitive arena.
This is the official recognition of our coaching expertise. The letter from the Directorate of Sports & Youth Services appoints our coach, Fayaz Jamadar, to lead the U-14 boys' team for the National Level School Yogasana Competition.
A proud moment for our academy. We share the official announcement in Marathi celebrating the appointment of our coach, Fayaz Jamadar, as the sports coach and organizer for the U-14 national yogasana team.
Heartiest congratulations to our coach, Fayaz Jamadar. His appointment as the coach for the U-14 Maharashtra boys' yoga team is a recognition of his commitment and skill in developing young talent.
About Led by the Best: Our Coaching Team
Our training goes beyond basic yoga because our head coach, Fayaz Jamadar, is an official judge and state-appointed coach for the U-14 Maharashtra team. This means your training follows the exact rules and standards set by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), ensuring your child is learning techniques that score points in real competitions.
Understanding Competitive Standards
In competitive Yogasana, knowing how to perform a pose is only half the battle. The other half is understanding how judges score that pose. Because Coach Fayaz Jamadar is an active official for national competitions, our students learn to perfect their toe-pointing, balance, and posture holding specifically for the scrutiny of official judging panels.
Our Coaching Approach
We break down our sessions into high-intensity, 60-to-90-minute blocks. Whether it is artistic or traditional yoga, the focus is on synchronization and discipline. We use partner-assisted stretching and wall ropes to help students achieve the range of motion required for higher-level categories. Our classes are structured with 20 to 30 students to maintain group synchronization while allowing for individual corrections.
Preparation for Success
Our academy is not just a place to practice; it is a pipeline for state representation. We conduct internal trials that mimic the pressure of official selection processes. By the time our students face a real tournament, they are not nervous because they have already spent months training under conditions that demand focus and precision. If you are serious about competitive yoga, you need a coach who understands the game from the inside out.
