About Our Champions at Parle Mahotsav
Before our students stood on the podium at the 24th Parle Mahotsav, they were grinding on our outdoor dirt ground. We do not just teach poses; we train the endurance and mental grit required to stay calm and perform under competition pressure. Whether it is artistic yoga or traditional forms, our students know that when they step onto that mat, they represent the discipline we drill into them every single day.
Building Champions, One Medal at a Time
Success at events like the Parle Mahotsav isn't accidental. It is the result of strict, consistent training under the guidance of coach Fayaz Jamadar and our technical team. We operate on the philosophy that the maidan is our temple, and the hard work happens when nobody is watching.
Our Competitive Edge
- Rigorous Conditioning: We move beyond basic stretches. Our students undergo high-intensity cardio and calisthenics on outdoor mud grounds to build the raw strength required for competitive Yogasana.
- Technical Precision: We follow SGFI and Federation rules strictly. From toe-pointing corrections to manual alignment adjustments, our coaches ensure students are competition-ready.
- Mental Toughness: Competition pressure is real. By simulating high-pressure environments during training, we ensure our athletes stay focused, whether they are 7 years old or teenagers aiming for state selection.
Training Structure
We keep our batches disciplined. Students train 3 to 5 times a week, focusing on:
- Artistic & Traditional Yoga: Developing the flow and flexibility for performance-based categories.
- Endurance Building: Stamina that lasts through long competition days.
- Sync & Team Spirit: Learning to support teammates, just like we saw at the Parle Mahotsav podium.
We are always looking for athletes with grit. If you want your child to learn discipline, gain confidence, and compete at the district or state level, come train with us.
