About this collection
We do not use soda in our batter to achieve that crunch. It is all about the natural fermentation process and the precise heat on our seasoned cast-iron tawas, which is why our dosa stays crispy from the first bite to the last, whether you are dining at our shop or ordering a parcel.
A great Masala Dosa relies on three things: the tang of the fermented batter, the heat control on the tawa, and the spice in the masala. Our potato filling is tempered with just the right amount of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. It is served with our signature Madurai-style sambar—thick, aromatic, and spicy—alongside a trio of freshly ground chutneys that balance the richness of the ghee. We operate across multiple locations in Bangalore, from Indiranagar to Sarjapura, ensuring our central kitchen standards remain uniform. This means the taste you enjoy at our shop is the exact same if you order for your office lunch or home event. If you are planning an event, we also set up live dosa counters.
