About Our Promise of Quality & Hygiene

When we say our idlis are soft, we mean it. We do not use soda to force the fermentation or fluffiness in our idli batter. Our chefs stick to the traditional, time-consuming fermentation process that tastes like home, not a factory. This is why our food is easy on the stomach and tastes consistent, whether we are catering for a party of 30 or 300.
