Art Installations That Define Space and Connection
We don't just design objects; we create narratives that transform how you experience a space. From light-based public art to meditative water features, these projects show how thoughtful design shapes human connection.
Our light installation, 'Echoes of the Deep', reimagines an ancient Indian step-well on an Amsterdam canal. This piece, seen here from a contemplative viewpoint, uses glowing geometric forms to create an architecture of light, inviting passersby to pause and reflect on the idea of stillness in a busy city.
As dusk settles, the Dr. Vishnuvardhan Memorial Complex transforms. The central water body reflects the warm illumination on the concrete walls and the metallic ring sculpture, creating a serene atmosphere for evening contemplation. This is a space designed to honor memory through tranquility.
This is our award winning proposal for Kharkiv’s Freedom Square, designed to harmonize urban life with nature. The flowing, arched structure creates a new public pathway through a water feature, encouraging movement and interaction while framing views of the city and parkland.
We proposed this interactive wireframe sculpture for a site near the Gateway of India in Mumbai. The design plays with presence and absence, creating a permeable, wave like form that people can walk through and under, experiencing the structure as both an object and a space.
At street level, our 'Echoes of the Deep' installation becomes an interactive threshold. People can stand within the glowing archways, making them part of the artwork. This highlights our goal to create public art that is not just seen, but experienced.
For this vacation home, we designed a series of stone water spouts that act as functional art for the pool area. The design creates a gentle sound of flowing water and a beautiful play of light and shadow, turning a simple poolside wall into a point of calm and sensory delight.
About Featured
Each installation here is engineered for its specific environment, whether it's managing wind loads for outdoor metal sculptures or calibrating light temperatures for immersive interiors. Before a single piece is fabricated, we run digital simulations and physical material samples to ensure the installation interacts perfectly with its context and the people moving through it.
Our work operates at the intersection of architecture, art, and urban planning. We view the sites we design for—public squares, cultural complexes, and private homes—as living canvases that require careful, research-driven intervention.
Our Design Approach
We believe public art should do more than sit in a space; it should participate in it.
- Light as Architecture: For projects like our Amsterdam canal installation, we treat light as a material, using high-CRI LEDs to build geometric forms that reflect, glow, and define the nighttime environment.
- Materiality and Craft: We draw on traditional techniques like Kutch’s Lipan Kaam, blending them with modern materials like steel wireframes and gabion stone cages. Our structural approach, including TIG welding and automotive-grade PU coatings, ensures that these pieces withstand the test of time and weather.
- Interactive Narrative: Whether it is a memorial complex or an urban sculpture in Mumbai, we prioritize spaces that encourage physical interaction. We engineer these pieces to be permeable and walkable, allowing the viewer to pass through the structure rather than just observing it from a distance.
Technical Rigor
Art for public spaces demands high-level engineering. We conduct stability analysis and wind load calculations for every freestanding piece to ensure safety. For indoor functional art, we manage everything from the backing structure (BWP Marine Grade Ply) to the fine finishing touches like brass inlays. Our process ensures that the conceptual vision holds up under the realities of site conditions, installation logistics, and long-term maintenance.
