You see these photos and might wonder if it’s genetics. It’s not. It’s 3 months of strict discipline. I dropped 15kg not by starving, but by changing my relationship with food and movement. My programs follow the exact same path I took to win the Mr. Delhi 2019 title.
When I say Baat to sirf nazariye ki hai, I mean it. Most people approach fitness as a chore. They want the result but hate the process. My 3-month transformation program flips that script.
We do not do guesswork. You get a diet plan based on Indian home-cooked meals because you will not stick to salads you hate. We track everything: weight, fat percentage, and muscle mass. If the scale does not move, we change the strategy that week, not next month.
