About How It Works: My Coaching Programs
I do not believe in generic programs. Every plan I make is grounded in hard data, where we track your weight, body fat, and muscle mass weekly. If we cannot measure it, we cannot improve it. My process is simple, but it requires your absolute commitment because I am with you every step of the way, coaching you on how to execute this even if you are at home.
My coaching system is built on one simple truth: you have to be better than you were yesterday. I have transformed myself from 80kg to 65kg, and I use that same blueprint to help you reach your goals.
The Science of My Coaching
I combine HIIT fat loss protocols with specific diet plans based on the food you actually eat, like Roti, Dal, and Paneer. We do not starve you; we educate you on portion control and protein intake.
How We Work Together
- Live Zoom Sessions: We train together in real-time. Whether it is a group batch or 1-on-1, I watch your form and push you to finish the set.
- Data-Driven Tracking: I keep a technical database of your progress. You send me your weight, fat percentage, and BMI updates weekly. This data tells us if we need to adjust your carbs or intensity.
- WhatsApp Support: My phone is open. If you are struggling with a craving or having a bad day, you message me. We fix the mindset, and the body follows.
