Recovery is just as important as the workout itself. I teach you how to use simple, effective tools like foam rollers, hand rollers, and lacrosse balls to speed up your recovery and manage muscle tightness on your own.

It is never too late to get stronger, and I am here to guide you. I create safe and effective plans for all ages, including geriatric therapy, helping clients manage age-related conditions and build functional strength for life.
