A student deep in Ustrasana, the Camel Pose. This powerful heart-opening backbend helps to improve spinal flexibility, stretch the entire front of the body, and build emotional resilience.
This class focused on deep hip and inner thigh stretches. We use poses like Child's Pose and Happy Baby to release stored tension and improve mobility in these often tight areas.
Finding bliss in gentle movement. This sequence of seated stretches and gentle backbends is perfect for warming up the body and connecting with the breath at the start of practice.

About Additional Poses & Flows
You do not need to be flexible or experienced to try these sequences. We use props like yoga wheels, blocks, and walls to adjust every pose, ensuring you can safely find your edge. It is not about hitting a perfect pose; it is about how the movement feels in your body.
At LeviFly, we treat every session as a 'work-in' rather than a workout. Our diverse flow sequences are designed to keep your practice fresh, challenging, and rewarding. Whether you are exploring Hatha Vinyasa, moving through deep stretches to release tension, or using our aerial hammocks to gain a new perspective, we focus on safe, mindful alignment.
We cap our sessions at 10 to 15 students to ensure that every participant gets personal attention. This setup allows us to guide you through modifications that make advanced asanas accessible. If you find yourself struggling with a deep hip opener or a backbend, we are right there with the blocks or straps to help you stabilize.
Our goal is to help you move, breathe, and find a little more ease. You can join us for unlimited monthly access or drop in for a single session to get a feel for our practice. We are located in DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, and offer a space where you can be messy, honest, and real.
